Why Google Docs?

1. Everything is saved automatically online.  You don't need to buy any disk or USB key to save your work.  You also don't have to worry about losing your work again!
2. You have access to Google Docs any where. All YRDSB students have access to Google Docs anywhere that has an internet connection.  You can use your computer, laptop or even your smart phone to access the documents that you have been working on.
3. We can work together at the same time.  Teachers and students can work together in real time.  If you are somewhere else and you need to hand in an assignment, Google Docs makes it easy for you.  And your teacher can give you feedback right away.
4. Google Docs saves the environment.  At Wilclay P.S., helping the environment is a top priority.  With Google Docs and our new School Day program, we will be reducing a huge amount of paper.
